Can’t say enough about this class! Alesia is Amazing! She is always available and has a great teaching style. I have been 1099 for years, this class just made me understand all of the in & outs of 1099 financial benefits. I have signed up for another year to review & increase my understanding of the information. No doubt, there is a lot of information to learn, but it’s doable overtime & consistent study. The FMC has provided a solid plan of implementation to becoming 1099. It takes out the guessing out of the equation. The classes are fun, and Alesia will support you. But you have to do the hard work. Knowledge is power, BUT APPLICATION of the knowledge is the KEY. You need to do the work. There is no going around it. A CRNA told me before I applied to CRNA school "Nobody said it will be easy. Everybody said it will be worth it." Take my word with a grain of salt, you have to experience it yourself. P.S. Loss aversion is real. but with proper planning, you can and you will mitigate the risk.

My name is Nina. I have been a CRNA for 13 years. Of those years, I have been an independent contractor for 10 years. Although I have learned quite few tricks over the years, along with stumbling and learning things the hard way, I knew that I do not know it all. I wish that Alesia’s class was offering years ago so I could avoid several costly mistakes. Transitioning into 1099 back then for me was a bit nerve wrecking but I was kind of forced into the 1099 route after my third year of practice. The practice that I was a W2 employee with, sold us out to another group and within weeks, we had to make a decision to stay on or leave. At that time, I saw how restrictive being a W2 employee was. I did not have many choices. I found another job that was more suitable to my need but they only offered a 1099 position. On my own with the office staff assisting, I established my 1099 LLC business. It was FREE of cost for me. The main problem in my early 1099 career was dealing with incompetence CPAs and made many mistakes in taxing. These CPAs, although, claimed that they have dealt with clients in the medical field profession, they have proven to fail me miserably. They filed my taxes the same way as they would for any general clients. They did not know how to max out my allowable deductions nor how to appropriately cut my wages. In turn, they filed my tax incorrectly with the IRS and that took me years and two other CPAs later to clear that out. Penalties, late fee, on top of interest costed me thousands of dollars…unnecessarily paid to the IRS. Over the years, I learned a lot more from many other fellow CRNAs. There were many debates on which products, which retirement accounts, with CPAs to choose from. It was still up to me to do my due diligent. With Alesia’s program, she has vetted out, interviewed, and only introduced legit CPA, health and liability insurance agents, bookkeeping programs, contract negotiating, anesthesia value, and more so you do not have to spend countless hours on doing the research yourself. In addition, as part of the program, you network with your colleagues to validate these businesses. Alesia put together a program I took me years to learn and spending lots of resources. After completing the program, you will feel 200% more confident to venture out yourself with the broad base knowledge about being a 1099 business owner. I joined this community and course to supplement & further enhance my knowledge. With things constantly changing (tax laws) and hard to catch up since you are the expert in anesthesia, not in tax, you can’t stop but evolve and to rely on other experts in their fields. Something to share about Alesia’s course: Goals: to learn how to legally maximize take home income, decrease gross income with allowable deductions. What qualified and what not so you don’t set a red flag to the IRS yourself. Be tax savvy, successful negotiate, speak tax lingo, properly and confident with the tax filing. Cover from basic to advance knowledge She has many live speakers, question and answer sessions weekly I was too overwhelming to learn everything on my own and even have done things incorrectly. If I have joined this course sooner, my 1099 life would have sailed smoother. 1099 freedom master course is organized with different topics that you can easily locate and study as needs arise. No regret enrolling and renewing this class!

I really loved this course! I loved all the lectures, all the tax hints, and just general financial literacy information that was included as well. I had heard great things about this course and I chose it because it was taught by a CRNA who had made the transition herself. I imagined it would change my life and it really has and will only continue to transform my life even more!
